Okay 1. show off on the technology stuff ("click here"!!)
2. House looks GREAT!! Photos really good - much better than ours.
3. Your house is on the market for more than mine. I'm obviously still living in the wrong place!
4. and garden looks good too
Someone will want it: don't panic. We had fits and starts too and then suddenly it all came in a rush. Have you got someone lined up in Helston or is there plenty to choose from?
3. Possibly. Although if I get up to 15k less (entirely likely) it will allow me to at least cover the mortgage. Not fees and stuff though. I'm not overly confident.
